Sunflower House

Sunflower House occupies the corner on the first floor of the building on the South-East. The apartment has large windows that overlook the harbor of San Benedetto del Tronto, and from the balcony you can admire the seafront, is connected also through a staircase spiral to the terrace and directly to the Corner House.

Access the apartment is from the south side after climbing a small flight of stairs, immediately strikes the brightness of the large living room, distinguished by the cut corner of the window very unusual.

All the flooring is precious parquet, even the balcony floor is treated wood.
